We accept paypal and most major credit cards. Money order/check is also an option — payment will have to arrive before your order is sent to you. If you wish to pay with a money order, check, or western union please contact us to place your order.

Your order will be shipped your way within about 1-3 business days from the moment we receive your payment. If you need a rushed order, please let us know by writing- ‘Rushed order’ in the note box in your cart before checkout. We will do our best to make it happen for you!

  • USA orders – shipped with
  • USPS priority mail which takes about 2-4 business days from the moment of shipment. 
    International orders – shipped with USPS First Class which take about 7-20 business days to arrive, depending on your country’s customs regulations.

Note that you have the option to upgrade the shipping speed before checking out. We do not guarantee arrival of orders by a certain date. We do our best to send orders asap, but from the moment your parcel is shipped, it is out of our hands and we cannot control when it arrives.

Even if not insured, if an item gets lost on it’s way to you, please contact us, and we will do our best to try and track it down. If we decide to replace your item, it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for the replacement’s shipping fees. We cannot be responsible for damage that is caused by shipping companies and/or missing/lost parcels. Please let us know if you wish to insure your package. Buyer will be responsible for any additional fees.

‘Sale’ items can be only exchanged. After an order is placed we are unable to change it. You may contact us if you would like to cancel your order and we will do our best to accomodate if the order wasn’t processed and shipped yet.

If an item does not fit to your desire you may return or exchange it. In that case please send it to the address below within 14 business days of receiving your order. We do not cover return and/or exchange shipping fees, and we highly recommend adding tracking to your returned parcel as we will not be responsible for lost parcels. We will gladly replace any defective item you wish to exchange. We do our best to check every item very carefully before sending it your way. If your item arrives damaged please contact us so we can work out a solution that feels good.  For all returned items there is a 10% restocking fee.

• If you need an exchange- we will email you a store credit code which you will be able to use for your next order.

You do not need to contact us before sending it back. An item that has been washed, used or altered, or sent back after later than 21 days from delivery date – cannot be returned or exchanged. Please be aware that exchanges can take 7 business days to process from the moment your returned parcel is received, depending on the volume of orders we have at the moment. Ariana does her best to be prompt, but please understand that at the moment Omni-Collection is still a one woman show!! Thank you for your loving patience!! 🙂

Sometimes we gift our costumers with coupon codes. Unless advertised on the website, these coupons are for personal use only. We reserve the right to cancel any coupon code at any time. Most of the time if you didn’t use your code within 3 months it will be automatically canceled. Promotions, coupon codes, special offers and gifts cannot be combined — only one can be applied per order. Special drawings and/or offerings for individuals on Facebook (unless otherwise specified) are valid for one order only and for six months from the moment of the drawing.

Items that are discounted and more than 10% off are FINAL SALE. No exceptions. Please take that into account before purchasing. Thanks!!

Yes, Omni-Collection does wholesale! Please contact us if you wish to place a wholesale order, and keep in mind that for bigger orders we will need a minimum of one month

Please hand wash only in cold-lukewarm water with like colors. If you decide to wash it in the washing machine, please use the ‘delicate’ setting with like colors. Do not wash in warm/hot water. Lay flat in shade to dry.
